Branches
A restaurant with one address is one branch. Open a second location and it is a second branch on the same account, at the same monthly price per branch. Several branches is a Pro feature; on other plans the Branches page says "Your plan covers one branch".
Add a branch
Under Settings, in the Business group, open Branches and press "Add branch" and enter the name, address and phone. The timezone can stay "Same as the restaurant" or differ. One branch is the default: it is where orders land when nothing says otherwise. "Make this the default branch" moves that role. "Archive" hides a branch from every screen but keeps its history; the default branch cannot be archived, so make another one the default first.
Working in a branch
Once there are two live branches, a "Switch branch" select appears in the header, and every service screen shows the branch you are working in: tables and floors, the order board and the pass, till sessions and registers, payments, the dispatch board, rooms, stock levels, counts, purchase orders. Records made before branches existed have no branch and show in every view; pages say so with "Showing this branch, plus anything added before branches existed".
A till register is opened per branch, so two branches can each run a "Register 1". Each branch also has its own opening hours under Settings, Opening hours, and its own board, counter and kiosk links under Settings, Screen links.
Stock transfers
On the Transfers tab of Inventory, under Menu & stock, "New transfer" moves ingredients from one branch to another. "Send" books the quantities out of the sending branch; the receiving branch presses "Confirm arrival" and changes a quantity only if less turned up than was sent. Both sides appear in the movements ledger as "Sent out" and "Came in".
What guests see
With two or more live branches, your public page shows "Choose a location" with each branch's address, open state and today's hours. The choice follows the guest to the menu, the booking form and the order, so the order lands on the right board. A scanned table or room code already knows its branch; no choice is asked.
Reports
The Insights page has "Branches side by side", and every report and the movements ledger can be filtered to one branch or to all. A branch's figures include the legacy records with no branch.
Team
Roles are per restaurant, not per branch: a manager can work in any branch. Staff members work at whatever branch the tablet is switched to. See the Team and roles guide.
