QR codes and posters

QR codes and posters are the QR codes tab of Floor & QR, under Bookings & floor. Every poster prints in your venue's language.

For guests

Under "For guests" you find one poster per guest page: Menu, Waitlist, Reservations, Reviews, Gift cards and Loyalty card. Each one shows what the code opens, for example the menu and online ordering, or your stamp card and points. Pick a "Format": "A4 poster", "A5 flyer" or "Table tent". Press "Print" to print it, or "Copy link" to share the address instead. The preview on the page shows what will come out of the printer. For the table tent, fold along the dashed line so it reads from both sides.

A poster that cannot be printed yet says why, with a button to fix it:

• Waitlist: guests cannot join from their phone yet. Press "Let guests join".
• Reviews: add your public review page first.
• Gift cards: turn on online gift card sales first.
• Loyalty card: set up a stamp card or points first.
• Reservations: online bookings must be on your plan.

Press "Set up" to go to the right page.

Tables

Under "Tables" each table has its own code, so guests order and pay from their seat. Press "Print all tables" for a whole sheet, or print one at a time. If you have no tables yet, press "Manage tables" to add them.

Menu by branch

Under "Menu by branch" each branch has its own code, so a guest in one location lands on that location's menu. Print one per branch, and put the right poster in the right venue.
